Ice House Lofts

The Ice House is an historic Denver landmark converted to condominium lofts in 1998. Residents enjoy all that LoDo has to offer from its premium location. It was constructed in four parts starting in 1903. The buildings were originally home to the Littleton Creamery. The Beatrice Company bought that firm in 1912 and expanded the building. By the time the final addition was added in 1917, the building was the largest cold storage facility in the Rocky Mountain Region, with over one million square feet of storage.
