Isbell Lofts

Isbell Lofts is located at 18th and Lawrence street. The project is a complete renovation of the Isbell Kent Oakes Dry Goods building, a manufacturer and wholesale distributor active from the 1920's through the 1960's. The location is convenient to the 16th street mall and Denver Pavilions.

This loft project consists of 37 classic loft condominiums with 20 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom lofts, and 7 two-level penthouses. The building is a mix of exposed brick, heavy timber beams, concrete and hardwood. Ceiling heights range from 11 to 15 feet with 20-ft. ceilings in penthouse living rooms.
