Wewatta Transfer Lofts,  located in the LoDo Neighborhood of Denver at 1800 15th St. 

Just five blocks west of Larimer Square, the location, adjacent to the Lower Downtown Historic District and one block from the 16th Street Mall. Wewatta Transfer retains the charm of it's turn-of-the-century commercial history in the red brick, original heavy timber construction, and eccentric details throughout. Converted in the early 1990's, this was one of Lower Downtown's first loft conversions. Units are true "hard" loft dwellings with exposed brick, high ceilings, exposed duct work, and oak hardwood flooring in most.
