Farewell to the old City Park Golf Course and welcome the new,improved and redesigned course!
This 136 acre golf course designed by Tom Bendelow first opened in 1913 and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a component of the Denver Park and Parkway System in 1986. The Golf course has been open through the 2017 season and is now closed for redevelopment set to be complete in 2019.
It is sad to see the history of this great Denver Golf Course go but necessary to make it better for the future. As an avid golfer I have enjoyed playing this great traditional track and I look forward to playing the new one in 2019.
