It’s time for our monthly construction update. We’re now 14 months into construction and expect to top out at the beginning of 2018. The building remains on track to open Q4 2018.
Here’s a picture of the finishing crew hard at work pouring concrete on level 12. We started the building with 72 scheduled concrete pours and we’re down to just 23.
We began installing the prefabricated exterior panels on the building this past month. Level 6 panels are currently being installed and the exterior sheathing installation is proceeding on levels 1-3.
In this image, you can see the Juliet windows in the exterior panels.
Wall framing on the level 4 residences has commenced.
Installation of primary building mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems including waste piping, supply piping and HVAC systems on the ground floor is underway.
