Park Hill Neighborhood

Park Hill is just East of City Park. Park Hill is highly desirable and shares most of the Perks of City Park. There are several local shops, cafes, and restaurants in the neighborhood. The most famous would be the Spineless Italian Market which opened in 1994. Tons of giant tree lined streets that are beautiful when the snow starts falling. Lots of 1890s to 1920s Bungalows with new construction sprinkled in.
