Platt Park Neighborhood

Platt Park is just south west of Washington Park. If you don’t have the budget for Wash Park this is the perfect alternative. This neighborhood is know for Pearl Street that has tons of shopping and excellent restaurants. Pearl street is buzzing on the weekends so the crowd is typically on the younger side. The gem here is the Sushi Den, considered by most the best sushi in Denver. You will want to get a reservation though, it is always jam packed. Homes are mostly smaller 1920s bungalows and the new construction has been popular in the last 5-8 years.
