Meet Shane Matthes
Shane Matthes, a native resident born and raised in Denver, Colorado. Shane studied real estate and business management at Red Rocks College and has been working with homeowners and investors in the local Denver housing market since 2004. As an active real estate investor himself, he has completed many fix-and-flip/new construction projects since being in the business. With his vast knowledge of the Denver real estate market, he understands how to adapt to each client's needs. Shane now lives in one of Denver's hottest up-and-coming neighborhoods, Barnum West.

Shane and his girlfriend love what the city has to offer and enjoy dining and entertainment at the Denver Pavilions Downtown. With their love for the ocean, they take time to travel to California in the summer. Shane also enjoys running on the local Barnum trails as well as Sloan's Lake Park. As a local sports enthusiast, Shane is a proud Denver Broncos season ticket holder. He attends most home games with neighborhood friends and family.
