Bonnie Brea is Washington Parks sister neighborhood to the East. Bonnie Brae is a bit quieter than the buzzing Wash Park neighborhood. Most of the homes here are newer construction with old charm sprinkled in. This is a great family neighborhood with a bunch of local restaurants and shops. Famous for its Bonnie Brea Ice Cream Shop, everything made in house.
