Washington Park Neighborhood

At the top of our list is the most coveted neighborhood in Denver, Washington Park. The park itself is 161 acres and features two lakes, two flower gardens, bike trails, and tons of pickup volleyball games on the weekends. The neighborhood is separated by two sides; West and East. Although West Wash Park is very nice, the East side is more desirable. Homes in the area are a mix of old 1920s Bungalows and a ton of new construction “mini mansions”. Old Gaylord Street is where the locals go for shopping and dining. Cherry Creek is a short 5 minute drive away and has some of the best shopping and fine dining in the city.
